Reiner Contracting is Now Skyline Companies, Inc.
After many decades of serving our customers and communities as Reiner Contracting, we’re proud to share the next chapter of our company’s growth: we are now operating as Skyline Companies, Inc.
This name change better reflects our service offerings, our internal operations, and the direction of our company moving forward. While our name is changing, our commitment to dependable work, clear communication, and quality results remains the same.
Skyline Companies, Inc. will continue operating with DBA (Doing Business As) assumed names:
- Skyline Aggregate
- Skyline Sawing
We’re also beginning a planned, long-term transition of ownership over the next 10 years. Craig and DeeDee Reiner remain active owners, and Frank Little has officially joined ownership as part of this transition. Frank has been a long-time member of our team and a proven leader within our operations, with deep knowledge of our people, our customers, and the standards we stand behind. Over time, ownership will fully transfer to Frank – ensuring stability, continuity, and strong leadership for the future.
What this means for customers and partners:

Skyline Companies, Inc. has over three decades of experience in contracting and construction. The company is headquartered in Hutchinson, MN, and sends sawing and sandblowing crews to sites throughout Minnesota. Skyline Aggregate has four pits with experienced crews in Meeker, McLeod, and Kandiyohi counties, and offers trucking and delivery services within a wide geographical region.
Skyline Companies, Inc. is a MnDOT DBE- and woman-owned-certified business. Other affiliates include the Association of Women Contractors and the Certified Women’s Business Enterprise.
