Class A Drivers
We have full-time Class A driver positions available for our 2026 construction season. A CDL Class A is required. Clean driving MVR is required. Training is provided. These positions will work with late model equipment at local sites, so you will be home at night.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- $30/hour
- CDL Class A license, clean MVR, and current health card are required

Gravel Pit Equipment Operator
We are hiring two positions; one full-time and one part-time Gravel Pit Equipment Operators for the upcoming 2026 season. Must have experience and be able to proficiently operate Excavators, Wheel Loaders and Dozer.
- Full-time & Part-time
- $35-42/hour, depending on experience
- Must have experience and be able to proficiently operate excavators, wheel loaders, and dozer
- Must have clean MVR
- PTO, health insurance, vision & dental for full-time position
Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Service Tech Position
Looking for a full-time mechanic/technician to join our team. Shop location is in Hutchinson. However, aggregate pits are located throughout multiple counties from the main office and within 40 miles. Candidate must live within 45 min of the main office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing General maintenance on all types of Aggregate equipment and vehicles
- Maintenance duties include brakes, belts, hoses, wiring, oil changes, screens and working on all aggregate equipment.
- Tracking maintenance schedules on all vehicles and trucks/tractors/trailers/heavy equipment.
- Performing DOT Inspections on all required equipment
- Order and track parts
- Organize and manage outsourced repair work
- Be responsible for communicating and maintaining the cleanliness and operator maintenance instructions for each vehicle & piece of equipment.
- Oversee, delegate and prioritize equipment maintenance and repairs
Working Conditions
- Monday-Friday
- Overtime is required
- Work is performed in an outdoor setting at times which could include inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity.
- Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 60 lbs on a regular basis.
- Us of PPE is required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a service technician/automotive maintenance or diesel mechanic.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform heavy lifting of 60 lbs
- Knowledge of welding is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Accountability and dependability
- Previous work as a diesel technician is an advantage but not a requirement
Education Needed
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- D.O.T Certification is required or able to acquire
- Class A license or able to acquire.
- Previous mechanic education/training experience
